Job Summary

CenturyLink’s internship program is a 10 week, fast-paced and exciting opportunity to gain professional experience within your field of study and career interest. Interns within the Service Delivery Organization will be part of an accelerated learning experience to challenge existing skills and develop new skills, while working on active CenturyLink work projects. The internship will take place in Tulsa, OK. This is a great opportunity for the Intern to help transform our business. Candidate will identify projects that are Past Due, pivot by off-net provisioner and report orders requiring action to Off-Net Provisioning Manager. In addition, interns will connect to our company culture through community outreach projects, engage with our employee resource groups and be able to develop their professional skills and business acumen through frequent exposure to senior leadership, cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking projects, and a network of mentors and fellow interns. Job Description

• Support Off-Net Past Due.

• Onsite manager will be available for on the job training and coaching of the intern.

• Assist in the Past Due projects (WIP) and assignments, orders current.

• This role will provide experience in project management, collaboration, and general business meeting practices.

• Communicate and coordinate actions across the team based on the data identified.

• Ability to executive the action.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.

• Field of Study: Business Administration, Information Systems, IT or related area.

• Knowledge In project management methodologies.

• English (fluent, oral and written).

• Ability to work independently, meeting assigned deadlines.

• Candidate will need a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

• Candidate will use BIRA reporting and system data to extract orders in WIP that meet specific criteria, so strong analytical skills are required.

• Attention to detail a must.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Work Authorization required.

• Available during specified internship timeframe; May 26, 2020 – July 31, 2020.

• Reliable transportation to/from work daily.
