Job Summary

Location: Singapore

Reports to: Director Solutions Consulting – Asia Pacific

Position Objective/ Summary:

The principle objective of the role is to present our vision to clients, support for digital transformation strategy and design of multi-year large / complex deals leveraging on CenturyLink full products and services portfolio across Asia Pacific. Utilize industry benchmarks in developing a holistic, compelling, winning and innovative solution that achieve the client’s business needs and goals. The Enterprise Architect is responsible to provide consultative technical expertise from pre-sales to implementation cycle which includes the preparation and presentation of detailed designs and configuration blueprints for complex managed Hybrid IT solutions. We are looking for Enterprise Architect who bring a strong customer focus, experience in deep consultative backgrounds in IT, network and cyber security such as complex managed services, hosting, cloud computing, outsourcing with some regional exposure to the Asia Pacific region. Having led teams in complex deal structuring and digital transformation with the clients. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Present our vision to clients, support for digital transformation strategy and design of multi-year large / complex deals;

  • Understand the customer’s business challenges, perform consultative, solutions-based design for clients who desire outsourced infrastructure options to enhance their own technical capabilities;

  • Perform technology configuration workshops to qualify and identify the technical and business needs of the client for digital transformation;

  • Analyze and determine strategies for platform or architecture changes, consulting assessment, complex migrations and transition;

  • Ensure the underpinning technology concepts are relevant for IT, Network and Security solutions execution;

  • Drive executive level conversations, aligning technical and business objectives into integrated solutions;

  • Create detailed design and configuration blueprints for complex digital transformation solutions including validation and standardization of the solution to ensure operability, delivery, and revenue acceleration;

  • Propose final solution, financials, risks and key assumptions are meeting customer business objectives;

  • Provide post-sale support to clarify service expectations including providing diagrams, verbal explanation, and written documentation;

  • Guide Transition Manager in managing digital transformation projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the customers’ satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years’ experience in consulting, designing and implementing high end customer digital transformation in the IT, hosting, network and application services space;

  • 10+ Years’ technical experience in professional and managed services of large and complex IT solutions;

  • Must have the necessary business acumen to discuss business needs and challenges with customer “C” level executives;

  • Good understanding of IT strategy, the related issues facing CIOs and their decision processes;

  • Experience in requirements gathering, due diligence, solution development, financial costing, SOW and proposal generation activities unique to large, complex opportunities and consulting engagements;

  • Strong financial and services knowledge with the ability to construct complex, commercial contracts that include multiple types of pricing models, structuring agreements, and demonstrating ROI and TCO to clients;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, extensive presentation experience, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management;

  • Certified in ITIL and PMP practices and procedures;

  • Executive level negotiation and presentation skills;

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership and customer relationship management skills;

  • Strong team-player with collaboration skills in international, culturally diverse and virtual teams;

  • Experience in the Enterprise Applications space and P&L management is considered a plus.

Bachelors or Equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems

Masters or Equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems
