Job Summary

The Field Marketing Associate (FMA) is responsible for driving the regional and national marketing plans, campaigns and programs that improve sales productivity to up-sell new strategic and managed services to existing accounts. These campaigns and programs will increase contact engagement growing the account wider and deeper and help move prospects and customers through the sales cycle. This position will develop strategies to drive high-touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline and build customer intimacy.

Job Description

  • Support and develop marketing plans that increase pipeline and penetration into existing customer accounts within the Global Accounts Management (GAM) Business Unit.

  • Responsible for program planning through execution

  • Track program results, measure success, and report metrics via SFDC

  • Understand field needs to ensure alignment with segment marketing objectives,

  • Communicate and execute enterprise and industry events to local teams

  • Maintain program budgets

  • Partner with product marketing, segment marketing and vertical marketing teams to provide field input on programs

  • Participate in sales organization projects and initiatives to provide marketing support and resources

  • Assist with lead generation activities to improve read and conversion rates ultimately to increase overall revenue

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years relevant experience in marketing, sales, telecom product management, or financial services

  • Able to translate high-level business needs into a clearly articulated strategy and explicit actions

  • Exceptional oral and written communications and presentation skills at the executive level and with large audiences

  • Ability to interpret and produce visualizations of data, primarily via spreadsheets and charts.

  • Ability to work independently and make key decisions on ROI based on marketing investments

  • Commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on fast-paced, complex projects.

  • Self-sufficient with ability to proactively identify and engage appropriate resources needed to achieve program objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage high-stress situations and facilitate progress among stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with managing financial services vertical preferred

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC), Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Discover.org a plus

Bachelors or Equivalent
