Job Summary

Job Summary

Duties will include data entry into Excel spreadsheets or Word documents.

Assist in the reimbursement of Federal and State funded programs.

Analysis of data using pivot tables and v-lookups.

Research and gather information as requested for internal and/or external department use.

Process and/or handle a high volume of paperwork .

Work with internal employees to assist with any issues that may require assistance and support for completion.

Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to resolve problems and obtain needed information.

Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Ability to set priorities and complete projects.

Willingness to work overtime.
