Functions as a SR HRIS Analyst primarily responsible for creating Tableau dashboards and creating business intelligence reports and visualizations. This position requires working with a variety of data sources to develop and implement data / business intelligence applications to enable customers to make data-driven business decisions.
Create Tableau dashboards and business intelligence reports / visualizations.
Analyzes and determines information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements and data output and reporting capabilities
Coordinates new data development, ensuring consistency and integration with the existing data warehouse structure.
Candidates must have good communication skills as job requires collaboration with other data professionals and business clients.
Candidates must have outstanding analytical and problem solving skills and a good grasp of the technical side of business intelligence and always keep up to date with the latest BI tools and technologies.
This position functions as part of a team that produces Executive level deliverables and therefore requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required; 5+ years of related experience
Tableau experience required
Experience interfacing with Microsoft SQL Server required
SQL and Sharepoint experience preferred
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data preferred
Experience in extracting data from SAP Employee Central using Integration Center and Report Center strongly desired
Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
