Job Summary

CenturyLink has an immediate need for a Lead Process Improvment Analyst. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. Communicate well with employees at all levels in the organization and build effective relationships, collaborating with HR and IT colleagues and leadership

Job Description

  • Frequently contributes to the development of new processes and methods

  • Develops resolutions to complex problems that require frequent use of creativity

  • Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices

  • Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of assignment

  • Work is accomplished without considerable direction

  • May contribute to establishment of organization's strategic goals

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and lean process improvement opportunities for the HR function

  • Conduct lean process improvement/ value stream mapping sessions

  • Implement process improvements identified through lean process sessions

  • Consult with client/stakeholder partners to ensure overall process improvement/project satisfaction

  • Performs in an internal expert role


  • Identify potential RPA opportunities

  • Create/maintain HRConnect ticketing data within Tableau

  • Conduct monthly audits on HRConnect SLAs

  • Create monthly operational presentations outlining key outputs, trend analysis, and audit findings.

  • Detail oriented with 5+ years of in-depth working knowledge of HR functions and processes. (Employee Life Cycle)

  • Highly skilled in deep dive data analysis

  • Experience in identifying and leading subject matter expert teams through lean process analyst

  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Tableau

  • Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems, Success Factors, SAP or other HR ERP systems

  • Solid understanding of Agile Methodology

  • Excellent group presentation and needs assessment skills

  • Experience in training program development
