Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead IT Systems Analyst to join our systems support and development team to lead the technical aspects of our dispatch Integration projects primarily focused on ClickSoftware, to ensure successful implementation and provide technical assistance to other project team members. This project is vital to the success of Consumer/NA Field Ops teams.

Job Description

  • Responsible for recognizing business requirements and developing solutions that can be improved through service optimization technology.

  • Develop testing, training, and roll out plans for incremental functionality

  • Act as subject matter expert throughout the life cycle of the project.

  • Design the integration of the Click software suite of products with various legacy systems.

  • Analyze scheduling scenarios together with business stakeholders to explain and resolve optimization results.

  • Design simulation experiments and find best fitting optimization techniques to achieve prescribed KPIs.

  • Guide the implementation team to assure the recommended solution is implemented most efficiently.

  • Conceptualize and design optimization-oriented solutions for complex business processes across multiple products/services and business functions.

  • Facilitate daily standups and assist team with story maintenance.

  • Manage the generation of design documentation, including (as required) technical requirements, system architecture, design specifications, risk assessments, verification results, and others.

  • Communicate and support timely resolution of complex business-critical issues

  • Ensure development process complies with engineering best practices.

  • Collaborate with Project Management to build development schedules and track progress using a robust development process

  • Advise and present options, tradeoffs, recommendations, and plans to senior management on projects and associated product issues and risks.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ITOM tools supporting the Managed Hosting Services business line

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience with 4+ years’ project manager, scrum master, or managerial level experience

  • Prior Click Software integration experience is strongly preferred.

  • Experience w/ Enterprise level Monitoring and/or Automation tools

  • Ability to work as part of an Agile cross-functional team

  • Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality

  • Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner

  • Track record of fast learning and adaption to new technologies and environments

  • Previous experience with JIRA or Trello

Preferred

  • Experience with ClickSoftware

  • Master’s Degree with 12+ years’ experience

  • Familiarity with Micro Focus Operations Bridge & SiteScope

  • Familiarity with Ansible/Ansible Tower

  • Previous participation in a large-scale deployment of Monitoring and/or Automation tools
