Job Summary

Responsible for understanding and monitoring key financial metrics for various areas of the company. This position will support primarily Consumer revenue and expense, and occasional analysis outside of Consumer may be necessary on an as needed basis. This position provides financial support to management by gathering, analyzing, and delivering information in a clear, concise and meaningful format. This position is also responsible for trending, budgeting, and management reporting for key operational areas of the company which require working effectively in a team environment.

Job Description

  • Produce accurate and insightful financial analysis for required areas

  • Ability to develop detailed financial models that incorporate advanced formula techniques designed to increase operational efficiency and accuracy

  • Produce accurate and timely annual budgets and monthly forecasts

  • Analyze and communicate budget/forecast variances to management and internal customers

  • Partner with various areas of the business to continually understand key performance measures and develop value-added reporting and analysis

  • Ensure ad-hoc requests from the various business segments are completed in a timely manner with accurate results

  • Drive accountability for financial results

  • Possess ability to work with professional discretion with confidential information. Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related field with 2-4 years of experience in budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis, accounting, or related experience

  • Thorough understanding of key financial concepts that will be necessary for various daily tasks

  • Ability to independently extract key financial information from systems and efficiently prepare insightful financial reports and analysis

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with various levels of management

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships throughout all areas within the company

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to learn various data retrieval systems/tools and become proficient in their useHighly motivated to enhance financial modeling techniques/analysis in order to provide quality financial support
