CenturyLink is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst to help us transform our business whilst delivering a superior customer experience.
You will have an ability for manipulating and summarizing data, and an intuition for detecting and diagnosing anomalies.
Working across teams to make sure the best data-driven business decisions get made.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand our product and operational parameters and use a combination of business intelligence tools to distil and communicate your analysis across the organisation to further our objectives of delivering a superior customer experience.
Extensive experience in a business analysis function, or equivalent demonstrable advanced capability in a similar senior role.
Advanced problem-solving experience working with raw/unclean data: detecting anomalies, combining data from multiple sources and applying summary statistics.
Evidence of working with new data analysis applications and gaining mastery through self-guided learning.
Proven experience of great data communication skills (including data visualization) with peers and especially non-technical colleagues.
Ability to communicate to leadership which metrics and KPIs are useful / important in diverse settings.
Extensive experience with BI platforms like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics.
Advanced expertise with front- and back-end development in BI platforms.
Experience with telecommunication and/or technology sector.
