The Sales Support Associate provides sales administration and coordination support for the overall sales effort.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent grads or candidates interested in enterprise IT sales.
Assist in pre-sale planning activities
Assist in post-sale expediting and follow-up activities
Coordinate sales project activities
Act as liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and customers
Coordinate/track product and service installation process when needed
Train customers on less complex products/services
Share knowledge of products/services and overall sales process (lead generation through billing)
Provide basic to moderately complex sales quote support consulting.
Assist in pre and/or post sales consulting activities
Assist with sales support project activities.
Manage Sales and Service Management questions and problems.
Act as a sales support liaison and coordinator with other departments, vendors and customers.
Create reports, perform basic account analysis and make pricing recommendations.
Resolve routine problems and concerns.
Verify customer contact information
Research/determine product availability per location
Develop standard proposals based on product qualification
Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of relevant experience
Great interpersonal skills.
Ambitious, proactive and solution-focused
Strong collaborator and facilitator of collaboration.
Identifies opportunities and potential problems, addressing them effectively and efficiently
