This job will be associated to the Professional Services team based in Broomfield or Littleton, Colorado. This team handles managed optical transport networks for our customers as well also high end IPVPN networks. We also have a small Hybrid WAN customer base as well. This equates to about 90 customers we exclusively handle with about 250 million in revenue per year.
Candidate can have IP Skillsets for this position(s) including understanding of VLAN's, IP Routing, Managed CPE devices.
Firewall understanding is a plus.
Candidate can also have transport understanding is a plus including DS1/DS3/SONET/DWDM/OTM technologies.
Candidate must have the ability to work multiple issues at once and have continuous customer service throughout the customer impairment or outage.
HWAN (Hybrid WAN) or SAB (Secure Access Broadband) is a product that customers and buy where they have local broadband access (regular internet) with a secure IP tunnel running back into our MPLS network through a firewall.
Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
Minimum 3-5 yrs related experience in specific area or equivalent
