Job Summary

The Team Agile Coach is a servant leader and coaches 1-3 Agile teams. They help educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring that the agree Agile process is being followed. They also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

Job Description

• Exhibit Lean-Agile Leadership.

• Collaborate with teams to progress towards the goal.

• Lead team's effort in relentless improvement

• Support and onboard teams.

• Support Product Owner.

• Eliminate Impediments.

• Promote SAFe quality practices.

• Ensure uniform understanding & practice of Agile methods & processes across teams.

• Build high-performing teams.

• Protect and communicate.

• Coordinate with other teams and continuously improve efficiency.

• Facilitate preparation of Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies.

• Support estimating.

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies for teams.


  • 5+ experience as an Agile scrum master working in the area of technology and digital transformation teams

  • Experience with both Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies having an agile mindset of its values and principles

  • Experience using SAfe and ability to create enthusiasm for continuous improvement

  • Experience of efficiently working with onshore and offshore teams

  • Has ability to coach team with process adoptions and follow through being a good change agent


Bachelors or Equivalent in Computer Science or Other
