Semi Senior Procurement Analyst
Manages low to moderately complex vendor agreements and relationships. Delivers against corporate initiatives related to cost reduction. Creates and places Purchase Orders (PO) for goods and services. Assesses supplier order management milestone performance to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Research’s needs, recommends solutions, proposes and prepares business procedures required to address specific business needs.
Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Procurement experience in technological purchases for IT / Datacenter (Servers – Firewalls – Licenses - Storage – outsourcing of professional services)
Experience with contracts and negotiations

Negotiates or renegotiates new and existing agreements of low to moderate complexity, actively partners with legal, finance, tax teams and stakeholders to develop and execute negotiation strategies that include optimal targets for pricing, service, and quality.
Reviews requisitions to determine if vendor is the least cost – equivalent quality vendor. Creates and releases POs to supplier. Verifies order receipt, tracks delivery dates and notifies requestor of potential delivery discrepancies
Education and Experience
Experience: 2+ years in procurement area for technological purchases for IT / Datacenter (Servers – Firewalls – Storage – outsourcing of professional services)
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering
