Será referente de Sistemas de Información Geográfica (GIS) y liderará/participará en proyectos entre IT y Operaciones, asociados al inventario de infraestructura de Fibra Óptica de la región (Latam) y documentaciones de coberturas geográficas de la Region Latam. Deberá trabajar con información proveniente del Inventario de fibras, edificios e infraestructura relacionada de la red, y lograr a partir de ella, generar información gerencial que permita controlar la disponibilidad de recursos para áreas de ventas y la planificación en base a la demanda. Deberá proponer en forma continua mejoras en procesos, herramientas y procedimientos asociados.

Se relacionará con todas las áreas internas de Network Planning, y adicionalmente con las principales áreas externas de mayor interacción: IT, Producto, Delivery, Field Operations. Adicionalmente tendrá relación con grupos Globales (GIS, IT, Network Planning Global). También en ocasiones se podrá reportar al área PMO los avances en proyectos liderados por el colaborador.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería Telecomunicaciones, Informática/Sistemas o afín

  • 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares

  • Certificación Project Management (PMP) (no excluyente)

  • Inglés avanzado

  • Conocimiento en Sistemas de Información Geográfica (GIS)- ArcGis Suite

  • MapInfo, Autodesk/Autocad MAP, MapGuide, GvSIG, FME-

  • Manejo de información Geo-Espacial desde diferentes formatos como KML, KMZ, .TAB, .DWG, .SHP para su manipulación y también exportación a bases gis.

  • Conocimiento en consultas a bases de datos standard y gis (SQL) con complejidad media.

  • Conocimientos en Cartografía o haber participado en proyectos Informáticos relacionados con Cartografía.

  • Manejo general de aplicaciones típicas Office, y preferentemente conocimientos en la documentación de proyectos MS Project
