CenturyLink is seeking an experienced graphic designer with strong digital capabilities to join our internal creative agency. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing graphic design for a variety of deliverables including digital assets, web and email design. Duties may also involve working with various vendors, contractors and outside sources.

Job Description

  • Design and manage creative process for our digital properties and major marketing initiatives including homepages, landing pages, digital advertising

  • Design comps for digital advertising and social media campaigns; come up with creative solutions that work within the brand style guide and User Interface Schematics

  • Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing creative in market and on the website

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional, distributed teams that includes UX designers, Art Directors, copywriters, developers, project and campaign managers

  • Help translate campaign requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging

  • Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • 5+ years of experience designing for web, email and mobile

  • Work at an agency or in-house at a major brand a plus

  • Previous collaboration with Adobe Experience Manager developers and UX designers a plus

  • Strong understanding of design principles (typography, form, color, composition, grid)

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Experience translating Adobe XD wireframes into next-level visual experience

  • Understanding of web design/HTML applications

  • Ability to design multiple elements that align with the current corporate brand identity

  • Ability to follow direction, multi-task, work on several priorities while meeting deadlines

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Extreme attention to detail and consistency

  • Must be able to clearly articulate ideas and show creative process

  • Photography/video experience a plus
