This position is an operations technician for customer/company network systems repair and/or maintenance activities.
Works to develope and maintain the relationship between CenturyLink and our business customers during repairs made by 3rd party vendors and conversely, the relationship with those 3rd party vendors.
Obtains updates on repairs from 3rd party vendors and passes along those updates to our customers until resolution.
Conducts routine monitoring and remote testing of various circuits up to, and including customer equipment.
Resolves routine trouble tickets.
Associates's degree or equivalent education and related experience
2-3 years of related IT and/or customer service experience
Associates or Equivalent
