CenturyLink is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead part of our Enterprise Sales, Corporate and Executive recruiting team. We are looking for someone who is an expert at, and has a real passion for, hiring top talent in these spaces. The ideal candidate will have first-hand knowledge of how to drive sourcing strategies for these skill sets in hot talent markets, as well as recruiting managerial experience. We would also consider a lead recruiter with a can-do attitude and the aptitude to take the next step.

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, plans and processes to attract professional, management and executive level talent.
Mentor and grow the talent acquisition team to a best-in-class recruiting function ensuring that the highest levels of service delivery and hiring standards are consistently met. Provide coaching and career development opportunities to ensure continuous improvement of the team.
Create and Implement recruiting best practices ensuring exceptional customer service with a primary focus on operational excellence, proactive, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions.
Partner with managers and senior leadership to understand talent acquisition needs in order to build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill, high volume, or critical positions; establish regular strategic staffing sessions to determine priority pipeline positions. Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
Deliver on Service Level Agreements/metrics while motivating your team to constantly raise the bar. Prepare and present regular management reports of key staffing metrics to include time-to-fill, attrition, diversity, cost, among others as applicable.
• 8+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience including hiring professional, management and executive level talent, in sales and corporate functions
• 5+ years of experience leading recruiting teams and managing direct reports in a large high-volume corporate environment, is preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of current HR practices for recruitment/staffing, employee relations, compensation, and employee development.
• An ability to influence and interact with all levels of the organization while establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships.
• Ability to engage external communities through non-traditional recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, develop and mentor a large team
• Ensure staffing requirements are met in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Some domestic travel may be required
