Manage and lead the recruitment process and implementation of recruitment strategies and innovations, , and resolve issues arising during the hiring process.
Maintains the recruitment process and offers improvement solutions.
Explores the market for recruitment best practices and presents recommendations to the organization.
Builds quality relationships with internal and external customers.
Regularly partners with Hiring Managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.
Recruits for Leadership positions and assists in closing candidates as needed.
Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums and places appropriate advertisements.
Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral materials to attract applicants.
Liaison with the recruiting and credentialing departments.
Responsible for the oversight of job fair attendance.
Develops and maintains relationships with external Agencies and Vendors, Colleges, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
Administration of Applicant Tracking System.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
