The Engineering Support Associate supports the Engineering Associates on projects and workflows. The ESA gathers information and data to support the technical sales regional team and Engineers
Provide technical and product information to support Engineering Associates
Manage process and make recommendations to process improvement
Compile and present data that the Associates will need to present to the technical sales team
In depth Excel data compilation and analysis
Projects and other activities that enable the Associates to provide accurate data in the most efficient way possible
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Telecom, Networking or other technical industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science related Basic understanding of technical terminology related to company products and services
General knowledge of voice and data communications equipment and solutions selling
