Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will help drive effective resource and operational optimization for capacity, forecast, and resource plans for projects within our corporate marketing organization. This position will support our brand, creative and digital teams, and will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives. This individual will need to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for solutions based on knowledge of the business and analysis conducted. Part data geek, part investigator they can take a look at a variety of creative, agency and operational factors to forecast, track and true up to capacity plan. The team is set to grow, creating the need for more robust planning and the opportunity to develop the function in line with the needs of the business.

Job Description

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual marcom capacity forecasts against scheduled creative plans

  • Analyze how time and activities occur against all key creative vehicles/assets on an ongoing basis

  • Analyze and distill how time is spent in each part/step of the creative process; project/forecast that into future plans

  • Build standard capacity models against each core activity we engage in; such as campaigns, launches, etc.

  • Monitor workload to ensure creative yet efficient execution of all projects. Balance workload across internal teams, offshore/nearshore; identify potential instances of excessive or underutilization of talent and solve any potential issues

  • Report and advise on resource planning including offshore/nearshore resources.

  • Supports business case creation evaluating internal vs external resources


  • Bachelor's degree; concentration in Business Administration and/or Marketing preferred

  • 5+ years professional work experience

  • Recent marketing and project management experience is required

  • Marcom Planning including supporting a creative model

  • Experience with the creative process, agency experience helpful

  • Experience with Workfront helpful
